The National Immigration Law Center is seeking a Sr. Specialist, Major Gifts to manage NILC and IJF donor portfolios with gifts of $5,000+ and report to the Director, Fundraising Campaigns.

The role focuses on cultivation, stewardship, and strategic donor engagement in a fast-paced nonprofit setting. Collaborating with Communications, Development Operations, and leadership, you will plan targeted donor outreach, create personalized proposals, and coordinate donor events.

Formación

• 7-10+ years of nonprofit fundraising experience, including securing visits with prospective donors and mid/major gifts.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to develop long-term plans and track progress.
• Experience with and strategic use of at least one advanced CRM.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a portfolio of 80-120 major donors and prospects with $5,000+ capacity.
• Coordinate donor upgrades and upgrade strategies with team leads.
• Plan and execute donor cultivation events, in-person and virtual.
• Prepare donor briefings and reports for leadership as needed.
• Maintain up-to-date moves in Raiser's Edge and communicate progress to staff.
