• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Nonprofit Management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, cultivate, solicit, and steward major gifts ($25,000+) including multi-year investments
• Develop and execute donor strategies aligned with priorities and funding needs
• Lead high-level donor engagements (briefings, site visits, experiences) with senior leadership and board
• Manage a 75-100 donor portfolio focused on pipeline growth and long-term value
• Collaborate on campaigns, planned giving, endowments, and matching gifts
