Job summary

At Solenis in Florence, KY, the Senior Maintenance Technician serves as the plant's technical expert, reliability leader, mentor, and advanced troubleshooting resource. This role leads complex maintenance activities and supports reliability improvement across the facility.

You will mentor technicians, drive preventive/predictive programs, and collaborate with operations, engineering, vendors, and contractors to improve uptime, safety, and OEE while promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Advanced troubleshooting in manufacturing environments.
• Proven experience leading technical projects and reliability initiatives.
• Strong communication, leadership, and mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex maintenance activities and reliability initiatives.
• Mentor maintenance personnel and coach team.
• Investigate RCA and implement corrective actions.
• Develop preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Support capital projects and equipment startups.
• Partner with operations, engineering, vendors, and contractors.
