Princeton Properties is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician for our Westford, MA property. This full-time, on-site role supports the Maintenance Supervisor and focuses on apartment-home upkeep, repairs, and preventive tasks.

You’ll handle plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC work as needed, respond to emergencies on a rotating schedule, and collaborate with vendors and staff to keep communities safe and well-maintained.

Qualifications

• Eagerness to learn and grow in a hands-on environment.
• Maintenance experience in apartment or general repair is valued.
• Owns a basic set of hand tools and can use them.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Willing to be on-call for emergencies and snow removal.
• Must pass a pre-employment background screening.

Princeton Properties, a premier New England based Property Management Firm is currently seeking a full-time SENIOR MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN for our Westford property. This is a great opportunity for a technician with multifamily apartment-home maintenance skills and experience. The Senior Maintenance Technician is responsible for assisting the Maintenance Supervisor in overseeing the maintenance of the property.

We are a respected, New England-based property management company, and we’re looking for a dependable and motivated Sr. Property Maintenance Technician to join our team in Westford, MA.

What You’ll Do:

• Responsible for assisting the Maintenance Supervisor in overseeing the maintenance of the property
• Complete daily maintenance work orders across apartment homes
• Troubleshoot and repair basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC issues (we’ll train you!)
• Respond to emergency calls on a rotating on-call schedule.

What You Bring:

• Eagerness to learn and grow in a hands-on environment
• Maintenance experience is great (apartment or general repair)
• Possesses a basic set of hand tools (e.g., hammer, screwdrivers, wrenches, pliers, drill bits) and is comfortable using them.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Able to lift 50 lbs. and physically handle tasks like bending, reaching, crawling, etc.
• Willing to be on-call for emergencies and snow removal (rotating schedule)
• The preferred candidate must successfully pass a pre-employment background screening.
