Job summary

Renaissance Shoals Resort & Spa in Florence, AL, is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician to join our engineering team. You will perform essential repairs across electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, and pool systems to keep the resort in peak condition for guests and staff.

You will respond quickly to service requests, conduct preventive maintenance, balance pool chemicals, maintain logs, and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Pool & Spa: Balance chemicals and monitor readings.
• HVAC: Routine maintenance, filter changes, coils, belts.
• Electrical: Replace bulbs and fixtures; rewire fountains.
• Preventive maintenance: Scheduled upkeep and inspections; maintain logs.
• Service response: Respond to service requests and prioritize urgent repairs.
• Compliance & inventory: Safety standards, chemical handling, regulatory paperwork, inventory.
