Job summary

Highline Warren is seeking a Maintenance Technician III for the 2:30-11pm shift to join our Alabama manufacturing team. You will lead maintenance activities, diagnose complex equipment issues, and implement preventive maintenance across PLC-controlled systems and industrial machinery.

The role requires strong mechanical aptitude, leadership, and plant-floor collaboration with engineering and production to improve reliability, reduce downtime, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Journeyman electrical license is a plus.
• Extensive experience maintaining and repairing complex machinery.
• Proficient in predictive and condition-based maintenance techniques.
• Proficiency with diagnostics tools and equipment for troubleshooting.
• Experience planning, budgeting, and coordinating maintenance projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in coordinating maintenance activities and prioritizing tasks.
• Perform advanced maintenance and repair tasks on complex machinery and systems.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs and procedures.
• Identify root causes through inspections and data analysis.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize performance.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and documentation across maintenance activities.
• Train and mentor junior technicians and maintain knowledge transfer.
