Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support manufacturing operations, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, and process equipment, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

You will use CMMS (Maximo), participate in preventive maintenance, and collaborate with vendors to keep lines running. 3–5 years of manufacturing maintenance experience and PLC knowledge are preferred, with a valid driver’s license and ability to read schematics.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associates or technical degree preferred.
• 3-5 years' experience in manufacturing maintenance with diagnostic, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance experience.
• Working knowledge of PLC, mechanical, electrical, lubrication, fabrication, pneumatic and hydraulics.
• Must be able to supply own handtools.
• Prior welding experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs skilled maintenance and repair of facility or/and production plant systems (mechanical, electrical, building or/and production line systems).
• Plans and performs building repairs such as lighting, doors, drywall, ceiling tiles; installs insulation and coverings on product lines and piping; performs light plumbing repairs.
• Performs facility preventative maintenance programs as directed.
• Directs and tracks contractor needs and activities as directed by management.
• Uses CMMS to track work and troubleshoots production lines and equipment.
