Job summary

Nike Air Manufacturing Innovation in Beaverton, OR, seeks a Sr. Maintenance Technician (D2) to support extrusion, thermoforming, and injection molding equipment. You will diagnose defects, perform repairs, and participate in continuous uptime improvements.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Technical or vocational training in industrial maintenance and electrical systems is required.
• 3 years in industrial/manufacturing maintenance, preferably plastics manufacturing.
• Experience with PLC control systems (Siemens/AB), up to 480V 3-phase.
• Proficiency with basic hand tools, measuring instruments, and CMMS/SAP is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on plastics processing equipment across extrusion, thermoforming, and injection molding lines.
• Repair and modify production equipment; troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Read and interpret mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic drawings and schematics.
• Lead PMs and coordinate with vendors for parts; document repairs and part returns.
