The dsm-firmenich in New Ulm, MN is seeking a Sr. Maintenance Tech to maintain mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems on a 3rd shift onsite.

You will perform advanced troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and document activity in the CMMS to ensure production continuity. Qualified candidates have a technical diploma or equivalent, 5+ years industrial maintenance experience, and strong problem-solving skills.

Formación

• Technical diploma or equivalent in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in industrial maintenance required, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in CMMS and Microsoft Office tools.
• Knowledge of single-phase and three-phase electrical systems.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and maintenance best practices.

Responsabilidades

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Diagnose and resolve equipment failures promptly to minimize downtime.
• Execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs to optimize asset reliability.
• Conduct plant rounds, inspections, and operational checks (e.g., water treatment, refrigeration systems).
• Maintain accurate records of spare parts usage and maintenance activities in CMMS.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies during all maintenance tasks.
