TruStile Doors is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to lead troubleshooting and preventive maintenance of our premium manufacturing equipment. You will manage electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems while guiding junior technicians and ensuring safe, reliable operation.

The role emphasizes root cause analysis, documentation, and collaboration with production teams to minimize downtime and improve throughput. This shift-based position offers strong growth potential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training preferred.
• At least 5 years of hands‑on industrial maintenance experience.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, motor controls, VFDs, and mechanical systems.
• Proficiency with reading schematics, troubleshooting, and documenting repairs.
• Familiarity with basic PLCs and industrial automation (Allen-Bradley, Beckhoff, Mitsubishi, Siemens, etc).
• Comfortable with metal fabrication, machine guarding, and shop safety.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
• Willingness to work overtime, holidays, emergency call‑ins, and provide off‑hours support as needed to maintain safe and reliable operations
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead troubleshooting and maintenance of manufacturing systems (electrical, pneumatic, mechanical, and hydraulic).
• Monitor machinery performance to reduce unplanned downtime and maximize throughput.
• Diagnose and resolve issues from 24VDC control circuits to 480VAC 3-phase systems.
• Lead root cause investigations and implement corrective actions to prevent repeats.
• Maintain production machinery per OEM and plant standards.
• Maintain accurate records using the CMMS (Fiix).
• Support Preventive Maintenance programs and off‑shift coverage.
