Gorman & Company, LLC is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician in the Madison, WI area to maintain affordable housing communities. You will perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repairs, respond to requests, and keep properties safe and presentable.

The role involves coordinating move-ins/outs and seasonal prep with the Property Manager. Applicants should have at least three years in property maintenance, strong customer service, a valid driver's license, and EPA HVAC certification

Qualifications

• Three years or more in property management maintenance or related trade.
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair.
• HVAC-EPA Type II or EPA Universal preferred; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily maintenance and repairs for plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances.
• Respond promptly to routine and emergency maintenance requests as assigned.
• Conduct daily property walks to keep areas clean, safe, and well presented.
• Manage make-readies and ensure move-ins are ready before tenants arrive.
• Coordinate move-ins/move-outs with Property Manager.
• Handle seasonal tasks such as snow removal and fall cleanup.
• Inspect buildings and grounds to maintain safety, cleanliness and curb appeal.

We're seeking a full-time Senior Maintenance Technician to support one of our affordable housing communities in the Madison, WI area.
