Job summary

StoneRiver Property Management, LLC seeks a Maintenance Technician to keep apartment units and other property facilities in good working order. You will handle service requests and prepare units for rent availability, including painting and basic landscape tasks.

The maintenance team follows a preventive schedule and coordinates with residents, vendors and the Property Manager to resolve issues quickly and professionally. On-call rotation may apply.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate with residents, vendors, and co-workers in a friendly and businesslike manner.
• Ability to function well as part of a team.
• Strong multitasking skills.
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotations.
• Ability to regularly lift weights over 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Receiving service orders, prioritizing them, and handling each order efficiently.
• Performing repairs or maintenance on incoming work orders.
• Assisting team with complex orders and coordinating with in-house staff and approved vendors.
• Performing preventive maintenance tasks and preparing vacated units for rent.
