Job summary

Vivmark Residential seeks a Senior Maintenance Technician in California to address resident service requests and perform diverse hands-on maintenance tasks. You will prepare market-ready apartments, maintain community grounds, and assist in inventory management.

In the absence of the Service Manager, you may assume managerial responsibilities to oversee service requests and delegate tasks. Requirements include hands-on repair experience (plumbing, electrical, HVAC), EPA certification if

Qualifications

• Hands-on maintenance experience in plumbing, electrical, appliances, and HVAC.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• EPA 608 Type I/II or Universal certification within 90 days if required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication skills in English, written and spoken.
• Availability to work weekends and on-call hours.
