Job summary

CTI Foods is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Kentucky to routinely inspect equipment and perform scheduled preventative maintenance across our plant. You will read mechanical and electrical schematics, troubleshoot controls, and perform repairs while maintaining GMP and safety standards.

Strong attendance and willingness to work varying shifts are required. This role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, adapting to warm and cold environments, and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• 3 yrs of previous experience in maintenance.
• Read, write and understand English at a technical level.
• Associate Degree in Industrial Maintenance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Routinely inspect equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance on facility machinery.
• Identify wear and replace parts (e.g. sprockets, bearings, chain, gearboxes).
• Troubleshoot controls and interlocks.
• Understand electrical shutdown procedures.
• Maintain GMP and food safety compliance.
• Keep accurate maintenance records.
• Operate and set up plant equipment.
• Work overtime, weekends and holidays as needed.
