Job summary

Sotera Health Company is looking for a Sr. Maintenance Technician in Marion, Ohio. In this role, you will perform routine maintenance tasks and ensure the operational status of processing equipment. Ideal candidates have a technical degree or certificate and at least 7 years of maintenance experience.

Qualifications

• 7 years of maintenance experience in a processing/manufacturing environment preferred.
• Must be able to read, write and speak fluent English.
• Must be medically approved for respirator use.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine daily maintenance activities for the facility.
• Troubleshoot mechanical failures and recommend corrective action.
• Identify materials needed and obtain pricing information.
• Project management of small equipment enhancements.

Skills

Technical degree or certificate

Maintenance experience

Knowledge of 480 volt 3 Phase power

Ability to read and interpret ladder logic

Electric motor control troubleshooting

Ability to operate welding equipment

Knowledge of hand and power tools
