Job summary

Kohl's is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician to oversee repairs and ongoing maintenance of facility and equipment. You will coordinate and execute cost-effective maintenance plans, focusing on conveyor systems and power handling equipment to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining conveyor systems and related equipment.
• Ability to perform preventive maintenance and inspections.
• Own a basic set of tools and keep work area clean.
• Comfort working with electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Strong collaboration with supervisors to plan maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and repair conveyor systems and equipment daily.
• Perform preventive maintenance on air compressors, compactors, bailers, conveyors, and power and material handling equipment.
• Inspect and repair fire protection equipment.
• Manage parts inventory and record keeping.
• Coordinate with department supervisors to plan for preventive maintenance.
• Provide on-the-job training to Associates.
• Assist with maintenance requests and respond to jams and malfunctions promptly.
