Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 2–3 years of related experience
• Able to meet physical requirements: stooping, standing, walking, climbing, lifting 50 lbs+
• Experience using existing procedures to solve standard problems
• Experience analyzing information and making judgments
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong organizational skills and inquisitive mindset

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repair on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems
• Conduct routine maintenance inspections and diagnose problems
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems
• Assign work orders and estimate time and materials
• Support energy management by ensuring building systems operate efficiently
• Inspect new installations for compliance with codes and safety regulations
• Lead by example and model CBRE RISE values
• Work within standardized procedures to meet deadlines
• Exchange straightforward information and check for understanding
