Solenis LLC is seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineering leader for a senior role in Kentucky. The position focuses on advanced troubleshooting, RCA investigations, and developing preventive maintenance programs across critical plant systems.

You will mentor technicians, lead capital projects, and collaborate with operations, engineering, and vendors to improve uptime and safety. The role requires 7+ years in industrial maintenance and strong leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

The expected compensation range for this position is between $58,030.00 and $85,107.00 plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills, experience and other factors permitted by law.
