Job summary

Vivmark Residential seeks a Senior Maintenance Technician to promptly address resident service requests and perform diverse hands-on maintenance across plumbing, electrical, appliance and HVAC systems. You will prepare market-ready apartments and help manage maintenance inventory, with supervisory duties in the absence of the Service Manager.

The role requires a High School diploma, a valid driver’s license, strong English communication, and availability for weekends.

Qualifications

• Hands-on maintenance experience in plumbing, electrical, appliance, and HVAC.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid drivers license with reliable transportation.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Flexibility to work weekends and on-call emergencies.
• EPA Section 608 Type I/II or Universal certification within 90 days if required.

Responsibilities
