Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician to address resident service requests, perform diverse hands-on tasks, and prepare market-ready apartments. You will also handle preventative maintenance and keep grounds and common areas in good condition.

This role requires troubleshooting plumbing and electrical systems, basic appliance repairs, and painting. A High School diploma, knowledge of housing laws, a valid driver’s license, and strong communication in English are desired;
