Job summary

Nationwide Technical Search in Webberville, MI, is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex CNC production equipment in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

You will work onsite across multiple shifts, applying extensive knowledge of CNC machinery, PLCs, and control systems to keep manufacturing lines running and downtime to a minimum.

This permanent, direct-hire role includes full benefits and a competitive hourly wage of $35-$41.

Qualifications

• Significant industrial maintenance background with proven success repairing CNC machinery.
• Advanced PLC and electrical troubleshooting across Siemens, Allen-Bradley, and FANUC systems.
• Ability to work safely around heavy industrial equipment and diagnose complex machine failures independently.

Responsibilities

• CNC & Equipment Repair: Maintain and repair CNC machinery with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting.
• Controls & PLCs: Diagnose complex failures using Siemens, Allen-Bradley, and FANUC controls/PLCs.
• Technical Documentation: Read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and technical manuals.
• Work Requirements: Provide own tools and work overtime, including weekends as production demands.
