Job summary

Resident Management Services seeks an experienced maintenance technician to service residential properties in Illinois. You will handle electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, drywall, carpentry, and painting, plus routine janitorial duties.

The role includes after-hours on-call work with paid overtime and requires living within 45 minutes of the job site. After a 60-day probation, six paid sick days and five paid personal days are provided, and at one year of service, ten paid vacation days are

Responsibilities

Experienced maintenance technician wanted. Organized self-starter needed for this position. Must possess skills in all areas of residential apartment building maintenance including: electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, drywall repair, carpentry, painting. Routine janitorial duties are also required for this position. Must be willing to do after-hours on-call jobs (with paid overtime). Must live within 45 minutes of job site. After 60-day probationary period, 6 (six) paid sick days and 5 (five) paid personal days are provided to the employee. After one-year's service 10 (ten) paid vacation days are provided to the employee.
