Job summary

Dynamic Manufacturing is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to install, troubleshoot, maintain, repair, and modify equipment at our Hillside, IL facilities. This position offers growth within our dynamic manufacturing environment.

You will follow preventive maintenance schedules, use hand tools, perform emergency and scheduled repairs, read manuals and schematics, and ensure safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Maintenance Technician in manufacturing.
• Ability to read manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Must have valid Class C Driver's License.
• Commitment to safety and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Maintain preventive maintenance schedules for equipment.
• Install, set up and repair production equipment using hand and power tools.
• Perform emergency and scheduled maintenance with high uptime.
• Read manuals, orders, blueprints, and schematics for maintenance tasks.
• Ensure safety compliance with environmental laws and policies.
• Coordinate tooling and parts sourcing with management.
• Assist in setting up machinery for production runs.
• May guide entry-level technicians.
