Qualifications

• 1-3 years of general technical experience, preferably in hotels or facilities maintenance.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and operating instructions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure hotel’s maintenance and upkeep standards meet WL, Brand, and Guest standards.
• Identify and repair all mechanical failures, including HVAC, electrical, or plumbing issues.
• Support the Chief Engineer in overseeing and supervising all aspects of the Engineering function.

Responsibilities

1. What You'll Do
2. The Senior Maintenance Technician will ensure the hotel’s maintenance and upkeep standards meet WL, Brand, and Guest standards.
3. Support the Chief Engineer in overseeing and supervising all aspects of the Engineering function of the hotel.
4. Proactively follow departmental procedures for performing repair, maintenance, alteration, and installation work safely and neatly.
5. Provide advice and support to other engineers as needed.
6. Identify and repair all mechanical failures, including appliances, HVAC, electrical, or plumbing issues.
7. Maintain communication with supervisors to ensure availability of materials, tools, and supplies.
8. Perform other duties as assigned.
9. What You'll Bring
10. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and operating instructions.
11. Valid driver’s license and basic knowledge of safety and security practices.
12. High school diploma or equivalent.
13. One year of trade school or equivalent.
14. 1-3 years of general technical experience, preferably in hotels or facilities maintenance. Prior experience is a plus.
15. Ability to lift, carry, or move up to 10 lbs regularly and 25 lbs occasionally, and stand/move for long periods.
