Job summary

Wallick Communities in Greensburg, KY, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our on-site team at Hillview Terrace. This full-time role includes 24/7 on-call shifts and pay ranging from $21 to $24 per hour, depending on experience.

You’ll complete work orders, prepare units for new residents, respond to emergencies, and maintain high standards across our communities. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of maintenance work with some plumbing and/or electrical knowledge.
• A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a great work ethic.
• A commitment to providing excellent customer service, clear communication, and quality repairs.
• The ability to manage multiple tasks and solve issues as they arise.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete Work Orders: Use our technology to handle maintenance tasks quickly and accurately.
• Manage Unit Turns: Prepare units for new residents as directed by the community leader.
• Handle Emergencies: Respond to emergency maintenance calls, including on-call shifts when needed.
• Maintain High Standards: Keep our communities in top shape and document your work properly.
• Stay Certified: Maintain any required certifications for the role.
