Job summary

Eco Material Technologies, a CRH Company, seeks a Senior Maintenance Technician to focus on keeping plant processes, systems, buildings, and production equipment up and running. The role emphasizes safety leadership and fast, effective problem solving to minimize downtime across the plant.

Responsibilities include preventative maintenance, fault diagnosis, and collaboration with shift Supervisors to maintain high performance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; training or certification in relevant skill or trade.
• At least 3 years of work/industry experience.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
• Must possess strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience working in SAP environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide safety leadership in promoting and creating a zero-injury safety culture.
• Solve practical mechanical/process problems in a fast-paced environment.
• Read, write, and understand verbal or diagram instructions.
• Communicate with shift supervisors and line staff about maintenance issues.
• Ensure preventative maintenance on all plant systems and equipment to maximize uptime.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work area meeting department standards.
• Generate Work Orders in Maximo or other CMMS and close them out.
