Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician to join the Manufacturing Operations Team in supporting new factory sites and ongoing production lines. The role covers commissioning, preventative maintenance, and emergency repairs across automated equipment and torque tools.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in automation maintenance, experience with conveyance technologies, vision systems, and machine controls, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience setting up, integrating, and troubleshooting automated systems and/or torque tools in manufacturing
• Experience with automated equipment, testing, and torque tools in production environments
• Ability to work hands-on next to operations and engineering to optimize production systems
• Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment with evolving requirements
• U.S. Person due to access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities
• Ability to work 2nd shift and overtime as needed

Responsibilities

• Support design, construction, commissioning, and start-up of production systems at new factory sites.
• Provide technical feedback on processes, materials, and technologies to meet timelines in new facilities.
• Work hands-on to expedite project completion under tight timelines.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to deliver production system solutions.
• Ensure operational availability of manufacturing equipment including automation and robotics.
• Partner with controls and equipment engineering teams to improve reliability and minimize downtime.
• Act as first-response problem solvers to keep production running.
• Perform physically demanding tasks in tight spaces, including standing, bending, and climbing.
