Job summary

Lindt & Sprüngli in California seeks a Sr. Maintenance Supervisor to direct the Maintenance Department and ensure reliable, safe operation of the plant’s critical equipment.

You will lead a skilled team, drive a robust Preventive/Predictive maintenance program, manage budgets, and partner with operations to meet production goals while upholding EHSS standards and continuous improvement initiatives. This role requires flexibility for extended hours and weekends.

Qualifications

• BS/BE in Engineering with 5+ years related maintenance experience.
• Experience with reliability engineering and maintenance in large factory.
• Ability to work in a Union environment and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop maintenance team performance.
• Ensure a safe working environment and lead safety.
• Coach and train maintenance staff.
• Oversee plant PM program and spare parts inventory.
• Manage utility systems on shift (refrigeration, steam, compressed air).
• Support operations to meet production goals through improved machinery efficiency.
• Drive work order system and continuous improvement initiatives.
