Job summary

Buckingham Companies in Columbus, OH is seeking a Senior Maintenance Supervisor who drives reliability, safety and top-tier service across all property systems. You will plan, coordinate and supervise all property maintenance activities to keep facilities safe and well-maintained.

You will plan, coordinate and supervise HVAC, electrical, plumbing and grounds, mentor maintenance staff, and coordinate on-call coverage.

• Oversee additional maintenance team personnel and responsibilities.
