Job summary

Sares Regis Group Residential is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor III for our Muse community in Oklahoma. The candidate will supervise staff and outside contractors, coordinate renovations, maintenance, and grounds, and manage bids and budgets. This position requires weekend and overtime availability and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Must have 2 years of related experience in property management as a Maintenance Supervisor.
• Must have experience in all trades.
• Excellent written, communication and computer skills.
• Past supervisory experience a must.
• Current driver's license and auto insurance required.
• Able to work weekends and overtime as job requires.

Responsibilities

• Directs employees and outside contractors in renovations, service requests, repairs, and grounds maintenance.
• Obtains bids from outside contractors and submits for action.
• Orders and receives supplies, appliances and equipment from vendors.
• Coordinates work by outside vendors and inspects completed work.
• Inspects facilities to determine service needs and hours for completion.
• Establishes work procedures to meet production schedules.
• Suggests changes to improve efficiency of the work crew.
• Assists Property Manager in planning the maintenance budget.
• Participates in after-hours and emergency coverage as assigned.
