Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure indoor and outdoor community areas meet high standards of cleanliness, safety and function. You will handle service requests, prep vacant units, and contribute to preventative maintenance and safety programs.

The role involves working on-site in a 150-unit high-rise community, with opportunities to assist budget planning and cost-saving initiatives while upholding Greystar quality and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in property management maintenance or related trades preferred.
• Ability to read, write and communicate effectively.
• Proficiency with common software and databases; basic math skills required.
• Must have EPA certifications for HVAC handling and a valid driver's license.

Responsabilités

• Process resident work orders and perform routine maintenance and repairs per policy and code.
• Oversee make-ready tasks for vacant units and coordinate with vendors.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and common areas to uphold Greystar standards.
• Monitor safety, conduct preventive maintenance, and assist with budget planning.
• Assist with cost control by repairing instead of replacing when feasible.
• Support team with administrative tasks and documentation.
