Job summary

Perricone Juices is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our Fort Pierce facility to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production and facility equipment used in juice manufacturing and packaging operations. You will perform preventive maintenance and respond to breakdowns to ensure safe, efficient operation while complying with food safety standards.

Qualifications

• Maintain compliance with GMP, HACCP, FDA, and OSHA standards.
• 2+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing, food processing, beverage, or industrial environments preferred.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on production and packaging equipment.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime and keep production running.
• Maintain maintenance logs and documentation in accordance with company procedures.
• Assist with facility maintenance tasks including basic plumbing, electrical, and building systems.
• Support CIP and sanitation efforts during changeovers and scheduled shutdowns.
