Job summary

FMC Ice Sports is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician to oversee the safe maintenance, repair and efficiency of all equipment and areas under maintenance across our arenas. Travel to 26 locations is required; a company vehicle is provided.

The role leads maintenance technicians, schedules PMs, and ensures safety, quality and timely repairs while maintaining documentation and adherence to policies. This is a full-time on-site position with benefits and on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in a facilities maintenance position, including carpentry, HVAC, painting, plumbing and minor electrical.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.
• Must consent to a CORI/SORI and background check.
• Must be available to report to work in cases of emergency.
• Must be willing to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Performs and oversees all daily maintenance activities assigned to maintenance technicians.
• Supervises all activities of assigned maintenance technicians and ensures production needs are met.
• Monitors spare parts and supplies inventories and ensures timely reorders.
• Performs, assigns and verifies completion of all PM assignments.
• Communicates with maintenance staff to ensure clear updates on issues and facilities.
