Ideal candidates will bring proven maintenance experience, strong problem-solving skills, and a comfort with maintenance software and scheduling apps.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance and renovations.

• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Tech-savvy, comfortable with maintenance software and digital tools.
• Background check required.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Establish and execute the scope of work for larger unit turns in coordination with the Project Manager.
• Tackling large scale unit turns over $5,000 (full refreshes).
• Work with your team to complete capital improvement projects, while leaning on vendors as needed and ensuring timely completion within budget and standards.
• Troubleshooting advanced maintenance issues and backing up technicians when needed.
• Maintain organized documentation and clear communication.
