• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn new skills and participate in training opportunities.

Responsabilités

• Complete maintenance requests and repairs in a timely, professional manner.
• Maintain the appearance, cleanliness, and curb appeal of community common areas.
• Perform preventative maintenance to protect community-owned homes and assets.
• Assist with home refurbishments, including basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and general repairs.
• Communicate effectively with residents regarding service requests, timelines, and project updates.
• Coordinate with vendors and assist with property improvement projects as needed.
• Maintain and organize tools, equipment, and maintenance inventory.
• Document completed work, incidents, and repairs with accurate notes and photos.
• Prioritize work orders based on safety, urgency, and resident needs.

What You'll Do
