Job summary

Westlake Pipe & Fittings is seeking a Senior Industrial Maintenance Planner to mentor planners, standardize maintenance processes, and drive reliability across multiple plants in the Wichita Falls area.

Reporting to the WPF Reliability Manager, you will manage CMMS data, oversee the Capital Spares program, travel to plants, and lead preventive maintenance activities while ensuring accurate records and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in maintenance planning and scheduling, preferably manufacturing.
• 2 years in injection molding, extrusion, production, or manufacturing.
• Proficiency with Windows-based software (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Fiix CMMS software experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of equipment reliability and maintenance best practices.
• Experience with inventory management for critical and capital spares.
• Passport required (can obtain after hire).
• This is a fully onsite role; commute daily to Wichita Falls, TX.
• Willingness to travel up to 70% in year one and 25–50% afterward.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME and mentor Planner/Schedulers at all Westlake plants; bi‑weekly meetings.
• Partner with the Reliability Manager to standardize planning and scheduling processes.
• Maintain process maps, policies, and training materials for planners and leadership.
• Travel to each plant at least yearly to provide hands‑on training and process reviews.
• Maintain specification records for production equipment and mold bases.
• Oversee Capital Spares inventory management aligned with reliability goals.
• Address issues using Fiix in Teams as assigned.
• Ensure CMMS creates work orders for labor 30 minutes+; track labor and materials.
• Capture root cause analysis in work orders before closure.
• Coordinate with Maintenance Superintendents for downtime alignment.
• Guide PM activities and inspections; ensure proper scheduling.
• Maintain the Task Group database in CMMS and verify upkeep.
• Communicate maintenance schedules to operations and supervision.
• Provide management input for efficiency and reliability improvements.
• Analyze equipment history and predictive maintenance trends.
• Act as Master CMMS Administrator for Pipe & Fittings; onsite support.
• Track Planner/Scheduler and Reliability training across WPF.
• Meet Plant Maintenance Leadership bi‑weekly to address issues.
