Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, planning, scheduling, or maintenance management.
- Strong working knowledge of SAP Plant Maintenance (SAP PM) or CMMS platforms.
- Hands-on experience with maintenance work order planning, scheduling, and execution.
- Experience developing and managing preventive maintenance programs.
- Understanding of industrial equipment, maintenance crafts, and plant maintenance operations.
- Experience with material procurement, purchasing, vendor coordination, and inventory management.
- Ability to develop maintenance reports, KPIs, and performance metrics.
- Strong communication skills with cross-functional teams in operations and management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Microsoft Project.

Brown & Root Industrial Services is seeking an experienced Senior Maintenance Planner / SAP CMMS Specialist to support industrial maintenance operations at client facilities. This individual will play a key role in optimizing maintenance planning and scheduling processes, supporting SAP Plant Maintenance (SAP PM), and improving the overall effectiveness of computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial maintenance, with hands-on experience in maintenance planning, scheduling, SAP implementation and support, work order management, preventive maintenance programs, and maintenance process improvement.
This position requires someone who understands the practical application of maintenance management systems in an industrial environment and can work effectively with site management, maintenance personnel, operations, purchasing, and client representatives.
