Job summary

Parts ASAP (formerly All States Ag Parts) in Lenexa, KS is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic I-III to support production and the forklift fleet. You will work with manufacturing and shipping teams to maximize equipment uptime and reliability.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 3+ years of industrial maintenance, and strong problem-solving and communication skills. Expect hands-on maintenance across hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical systems and CNC equipment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 3 years industrial maintenance or heavy equipment experience.
• Working knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanics.
• Basic understanding of electrical systems and CNC equipment.
• Comfortable with computers.
• Capable of operating hand, power and specialized tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Complies with safety guidelines and PPE requirements and documents findings.
• Attends daily shift meetings to prioritize work orders and minimize downtime.
• Safely operates cranes, power tools, hoists and hand tools.
• Maintains accurate CMMS records for maintenance activities.
• Performs preventative maintenance and diagnostics on plant equipment.
• Troubleshoots engines, conveyors, electrical systems, CNC machines, pneumatics and hydraulics.
• Drives forklift and operates scissor lifts as needed.
• Identifies improvement opportunities and supports continuous improvement efforts.
• Maintains clean, organized work area and collaborates with team.
