Job summary

Kenworth Truck Company Renton in Washington is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic. This role involves reading mechanical prints, troubleshooting conveyors and ovens, and repairing hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

You will also maintain forklifts and perform preventive maintenance, with overtime as needed. The position requires a minimum of 6 years in industrial maintenance, hydraulic/pneumatic training, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years experience in an industrial maintenance environment.
• One verifiable year of hydraulic and pneumatic training and experience.
• One verifiable year experience installing and maintaining water, gas and air lines.
• PC experiences with Microsoft Office tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand mechanical prints and engineering drawings.
• Troubleshoot and repair conveyors, ovens, paint robots and other equipment as assigned.
• Repair pneumatic and hydraulic systems and related fixtures.
• Maintain facility buildings and grounds equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance per PM instructions.
