RON SUNSHINE ASSOCIATES LLC seeks two Maintenance Mechanics for our continuous chemical manufacturing line in Geneva, IL. One for 2nd shift and one for 3rd shift. Pay ranges from $35.00 to $45.00 per hour, with shift differential of +$1.00 on 2nd and +$2.00 on 3rd shift.

Overtime and safety are emphasized in a hazardous environment. This role requires hands-on maintenance of pumps, mixers, reactors, motors, piping, and transfer equipment, plus preventive/predictive work documented in the CMMS.

Qualifikationen

• AAS or maintenance certification required or 10+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience in place of that.
• Experience with chemical/process/industrial manufacturing preferred.
• Strong mechanical skills with pumps, mixers, motors, and piping.

Aufgaben

• Maintain/repair pumps, mixers, reactors, motors, piping, valves, and transfer equipment in a continuous process.
• Rebuild pumps, service mixers, swap motors, and handle wiring.
• Troubleshoot 480V circuits and VFDs; PLC knowledge helpful on some shifts.
