Job summary

FUJIFILM Biotechnologies is seeking a Senior Maintenance Coordinator to oversee day-to-day maintenance activities in a 24/7 facility. You will facilitate work orders, manage technician workflow, and liaise with production, quality, and other teams to minimize downtime.

The role requires strong knowledge of CGMP, safety procedures, and CMMS, with a track record in cross-functional collaboration and process improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 7+ years of experience in project management, planning, or maintenance.
• Associate degree in engineering or biotechnology with 5+ years in project management, planning, or maintenance.
• 6+ years of experience in a GMP pharmaceutical environment.
• Prior experience with CMMS and documentation practices.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, prioritize, and document technician activities to support uninterrupted production.
• Lead root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure availability of materials, tools, and vendors for maintenance tasks.
• Ensure CGMP, safety, and documentation standards are followed across the site.
• Participate in audits and regulatory inspections as SME as needed.
