Qualifications

High School diploma or Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
8+ years' experience in field operations.
Knowledge in compression, pipeline, and construction operations.
Valid driver's license
Excellent written and verbal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Must live within 60 miles of Cotulla, Texas.

Responsibilities

Plans and supervises maintenance on rotating assets across 25 compressor stations.
Develops staff standards and guidelines.
Evaluates, trains, and develops staff.
Prioritizes safety, cost reduction, and productivity.
Coordinates with other departments and external partners.
Applies company programs and tools (computers, smart devices).
Gathers analysis and drives projects to completion.
