Job summary

Texas Juvenile Justice Department is seeking a senior-level supervisory maintenance and construction leader. Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Three years full-time wage-earning supervisory/lead experience.
• Completion of vocational courses in two related fields or within one year of hire with TJJD.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and construction staff and programs.
• Plan, assign, schedule, and supervise staff and projects.
• Monitor CMMS, maintain cost records, and manage inventories.
• Serve as liaison for construction projects and contractors.
• Prepare reports and ensure safety compliance.
