Job summary

Indigo Living is seeking a Maintenance Associate to help keep our apartment communities in pristine condition. You will perform make-ready checks, basic grounds maintenance, and assist with work orders in occupied homes, contributing to a 5-star resident experience.

Ideal candidates are service-oriented, able to communicate well, and willing to learn maintenance tasks. A flexible schedule including some weekends is required, and safety-conscious workers with basic maintenance knowledge are

• You are flexible. You enjoy learning new things and rolling with changes. Your availability allows for a flexible work week, which includes some weekend coverage.

What You’ll Do

A typical Maintenance Associate’s day might include:

• Complete make-ready checklists to ensure all apartment homes are ready for the new resident(s) resulting in a 5-star Google review.
• Help keeping our communities “picture perfect” by performing basic grounds maintenance, including landscaping, trash and debris pickup, weeding, mulching, and light seasonal snow removal (stocking cap included).
• Partnering with Service Technician(s) to complete work orders in occupied apartment homes.

The salary range for this position is $ 18.00 to 23.00 per hour, depending on experience level and qualifications.
