Job summary

Indigo Living is seeking a reliable team member to perform pre-move-in inspections and thorough cleaning of apartments to ensure readiness for new residents. You will dust, vacuum, mop, sanitize, and remove trash, while supporting the leasing team to keep the office organized and well-stocked.

A flexible schedule including some weekends is expected. The role emphasizes exceptional service, strong communication, and attention to detail, with opportunities to learn and grow within a residential

Qualifications

• Experience in providing excellent service in a residential setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and get hands dirty if needed.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Inspect apartments before move-in to ensure cleanliness and readiness for new residents and high Google review scores.
• Perform cleaning tasks in apartments (dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing) and remove trash and debris.
• Support leasing team by keeping the office organized and stocked.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct pre-move-in inspections to ensure every apartment is spotless and ready for new residents, with the goal of consistently earning 5-star reviews on Google.
• Play a crucial role in maintaining the pristine condition of our communities by performing essential cleaning tasks within apartments, including but not limited to dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing, and ensuring the removal of all trash and debris.
• Partnering with the leasing team to ensure the office remains organized and fully stocked.

The hourly rate for this position is $22.00/hour
