BMW of Lubbock is seeking a Master Service Technician-Mainline to join our growing team. You will perform repairs, test components, and diagnose vehicle systems while communicating with the Service Advisor to manage customer expectations and timelines.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a mainline service technician required.
• Strong automotive background.
• Submit to and successfully complete MVR, background check, and pre-employment drug test.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform repair orders efficiently per dealership standards.
• Test-drive vehicles and components using diagnostic tools.
• Diagnose and repair engine, transmission, electrical, steering, brakes, A/C.
• Communicate with Service Advisor on additional repairs and timelines.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work.
• Perform warranty repairs per manufacturer specs.
• Keep the work area clean and follow safety regulations.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
