Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• ASE certification or equivalent automotive training.
• Manual dexterity and good mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to pass pre-employment screening (background, MVR, and drug test).
• Commitment to following all safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Receive repair orders and proceed to the assigned service stall.
• Perform repair and maintenance per dealership and factory standards.
• Diagnose vehicle malfunctions and determine repair solutions.
• Coordinate with parts department to obtain components.
• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections for safety or service needs.
• Mentor apprentice technicians and supervise as assigned.
• Road-test vehicles when needed and ensure they are not used for personal errands.
• Maintain a clean, organized shop and proper tool accounting.
