Truist Wealth is seeking a Senior Penetration Tester to conduct comprehensive security testing of enterprise mainframe environments (z/OS, RACF/ACF2/Top Secret, CICS, DB2). You will craft and execute testing plans, develop scripts, and work with cross-functional teams to remediate findings.
The role requires deep mainframe security expertise, strong technical writing, and the ability to explain complex findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
Formación
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, and work-related experience.
- 7+ years in security engineering or related cybersecurity roles.
- Deep specialized knowledge in cybersecurity principles, theories, and concepts.
- Experience in software development lifecycle security practices.
Responsabilidades
- Conducts penetration tests of mainframe environments and related subsystems.
- Uses scripting and tooling to enumerate users/resources and map datasets.
- Documents findings with reproduction steps and remediation recommendations.
- Presents findings to application teams and stakeholders and supports remediation validation.
- Maintains knowledge of mainframe attack techniques and security controls.
