Qualifications

• 5–10+ years in Mainframe Application Support / Operations.
• Experience in Retail / Supply Chain is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 support for IBM z/OS mainframe applications.
• Analyze and resolve incidents related to JCL abends and DB2 errors.
• Build and maintain batch jobs and automate batch scheduling.
• Perform DB2 L2/L3 support activities, including object maintenance.
• Support CICS applications and troubleshoot message flows.
• Enhance REXX scripts and identify automation opportunities.
