A leading global financial services firm is looking for a Senior Engineer in Tooling and Project team to design and execute projects for mainframe security systems. The role requires at least 5 years of experience in mainframe security software and strong analytical skills. Qualifications

• 5+ years related work experience on the mainframe.
• Experience with Mainframe security software configuration/ internals (Broadcom/CA‑TSS).
• Capability to work independently with limited oversight.

Responsibilities

• Engineering support of MS Enterprise Z Mainframe Security products.
• Design and support mainframe initiatives related to authentication and authorization.
• Troubleshoot and track issue tickets with various vendors.

Skills

Mainframe security software configuration

Command Mainframe batch programming (C, JCL, REXX)

Distributed technology experience

Database technology (Sybase, DB2, SQL)

Project planning and organization
